Circles and Stripes

I love green (you might have guessed) and I wanted to make a cake that was bright, slightly eccentric and fun - just like the person that it was made for.

The curly ribbon on top is made from a mix of flower paste and mexican modelling paste and only took a few hours to dry as I made it during a heatwave (normally it takes a few days!)

The cake inside is cinnamon and chocolate chunk.
