I am passionate about making and decorating cakes and gain great pleasure from working with vibrant colours and striking forms. Ideas can spring from something as simple as a scrap of fabric, a colour or even an architectural detail.

I work with contemporary colours, a variety of sugar mediums, edible paints, glitter and lustre dust to create cakes that stand out. Choose from traditional fruit cake to vibrant beetroot (when in season), carrot, sponge, chocolate, rhubarb, apple, lemon, orange - I could go on... any flavour you fancy!
